     The United Church Women are very active in our congregation. The General UCW meets a number of times of year to coordinate catering and activities. Their meeting includes worship and programming. A Christmas Stocking Party is held each December giving all women in the congregation an opportunity to gather in worship, fun and fellowship. The Pancake Supper on Shrove Tuesday and Pie Making are two UCW fundraising projects.
In 2008, the General encouraged the congegation to support Birthright by donating different baby items each month. Baskets full of diapers, blankets, toiletries and the like were donated to the Fredericton Chapter as it supports mothers who have decided to keep their baby.
The Margaret Jean Lacey Unit meets monthly. This lively group has cooridinated a Fun Night in the Spring to bring the congregation together for a time of hearty laughs and super entertainment.
The two quilting units, the Margaret Jean Lacey Quilters and the Ladies Aid Quilters, also exist under the UCW banner.
