Groups of 6-8 people accompanied by a travel guide made their way from landmark to landmark and in their travels entered the Biblical Story in a new and more meaningful way. |

JOURNEY THRU JERUSALEM

Following the Palm Parade take a guided tour of Jerusalem following Jesus on the last week of his life. Costumed characters will relate the Biblical story in a moving dramatization of Holy Week events. Those of other denominations are invited to gather in the sanctuary following their service to join in as we mark the beginning of Holy Week observances. Refreshments, Hot Cross Buns and Easter Sugar Cookies in the Easter Room following.

RESCHEDULED because of cold weather for SATURDAY, February 6 at 3pm at the Heritage Centre from there we will go sliding (weather permitting) and then back for a pot luck dessert. Families are asked to bring a “kid friendly” dish or dessert. After Supper we will have a camp fire complete with songs and skits. The first of two LEARNING and LEADING Fall 2009 events was held Saturday, October 17th at Forest Hill United. Forty six people gathered in worship and workshop for the day long event. Check out the workshop offerings and register online for the second event, a repeat of the first, to be held this coming week at Faith Memorial, Florenceville. Another super event sponsored by Woolastook Presbytery's Christian Life & Growth Committee.

Camp Wegesegum's summer camping schedule began with a Junior Coed Camp. A lively group of campers and their leaders arrived on Sunday July 5 ready for an active week of worship, study, swimming, canoeing and crafts.
Peace Talks is the theme for this year's camp. The camper are not only learning about some of the biblical stories about the peace that Jesus brings to ones life, they are trying to live their learning in their relationships with one another.
Chipman United's Summer Student James Lloyd, Administrative Assistant Raeann Chase, and Rev. Kathi are all pitching in for the week to help the Wegesegum Volunteer and Paid Staff make the camp a success!
