RESCHEDULED because of cold weather for SATURDAY, February 6 at 3pm at the Heritage Centre from there we will go sliding (weather permitting) and then back for a pot luck dessert. Families are asked to bring a “kid friendly” dish or dessert. After Supper we will have a camp fire complete with songs and skits. Whether you are a current camper or remember camping in old bell tents, please come along! Phone the church office 339-6626 to register.

Annual Meeting

Our 2009 Annual Meeting will take place this Sunday, January 31, 2010. Following Worship will be a pot luck luncheon. Please bring a hot dish, salad, or dessert to share. The meeting will be called to order following worship.

Leading and Learning

The first of two LEARNING and LEADING Fall 2009 events was held Saturday, October 17th at Forest Hill United. Forty six people gathered in worship and workshop for the day long event. Check out the workshop offerings and register online for the second event, a repeat of the first, to be held this coming week at Faith Memorial, Florenceville. Another super event sponsored by Woolastook Presbytery's Christian Life & Growth Committee.

Check out our new additions. VBS Discovery Canyon and Wegesegum in 2009 are two new pages. Under Groups and Events the Daisy Tea and Birdhouse Sale, Celebrate Stewardship, the Holy Saturday Vigil and TGIF Bowling have been added. Pictures have been added under Graduation, Quilters, and the Lent and Easter Season. And, if you haven't been a visitor to the Web Page in awhile check out all the items under Groups and Events as we are continually updating the pages. Enjoy!

Camp Wegesegum's Junior Coed a Blast !

Camp Wegesegum's summer camping schedule began with a Junior Coed Camp. A lively group of campers and their leaders arrived on Sunday July 5 ready for an active week of worship, study, swimming, canoeing and crafts.

Peace Talks is the theme for this year's camp. The camper are not only learning about some of the biblical stories about the peace that Jesus brings to ones life, they are trying to live their learning in their relationships with one another.

Chipman United's Summer Student James Lloyd, Administrative Assistant Raeann Chase, and Rev. Kathi are all pitching in for the week to help the Wegesegum Volunteer and Paid Staff make the camp a success!

Don't miss the last SINGspirational Service until Fall. Join us Sunday evening, June 28 at 7:00 pm at Gaspereau Forks United. The Gaspereau Choir will lead us in singing joined by special guests. Come early at 5:30 pm for our Annual Pot Luck. Bring your favourite dish or dessert, as well as dishes and eating utensils for yourself .
