Join the congregation on their Journey Through Jerusalem as they followed Jesus' footsteps the last week of his life. Groups of 6-8 people accompanied by a travel guide made their way from landmark to landmark and in their travels entered the Biblical Story in a new and more meaningful way.

PALM SUNDAY, HOLY WEEK and EASTER

Following the Palm Parade take a guided tour of Jerusalem following Jesus on the last week of his life. Costumed characters will relate the Biblical story in a moving dramatization of Holy Week events. Those of other denominations are invited to gather in the sanctuary following their service to join in as we mark the beginning of Holy Week observances. Refreshments, Hot Cross Buns and Easter Sugar Cookies in the Easter Room following.

Saturday, February 6, from 8:30-11:00 am, at the Heritage Centre their will be a pancake breakfast benefitting Wegesegum Summer Programs and Camperships.

RESCHEDULED because of cold weather for SATURDAY, February 6 at 3pm at the Heritage Centre from there we will go sliding (weather permitting) and then back for a pot luck dessert. Families are asked to bring a “kid friendly” dish or dessert. After Supper we will have a camp fire complete with songs and skits. Whether you are a current camper or remember camping in old bell tents, please come along! Phone the church office 339-6626 to register.

Our 2009 Annual Meeting will take place this Sunday, January 31, 2010. Following Worship will be a pot luck luncheon. Please bring a hot dish, salad, or dessert to share. The meeting will be called to order following worship.
